          Welcome to our Parent/Teacher Conference Scheduling System!

The Grades 1-8 Parent/Teacher Conferences will take place on Wednesday, December 14, 2011, from 12:30-4:00 p.m.,
and on Thursday, December 15, 2011, 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Please note that both days are half-day sessions for the students in grades 1-8 only.

Please follow the directions outlined below and Do Not hesitate to contact the school if you have any questions

Online scheduling will open at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 29, 2011. Please remember that each conference appointment is
10 minutes long and that reserving a time slot is on a first-come/first-served basis.

We hope that this system will simplify your conference scheduling.

Instructions
  • In order to use this system you must login. Use your unique set of username/password at the top of
    the letter that you should receive by 11/28/2011. Each child will have a different set of username/password.

  • If you receive an error "You are not Authorized to view this page", Please make sure the web address is
    http://www.schechtergmc.com and not http://schechtergmc.com

  • Once you have successfuly entered the system, you can schedule an appointment with each teacher:
     a)Highlight the teacher with whom you would like to meet
    b)Scroll down to the day/times that are available and click on your choice
    c)Your confirmed conference appointment will appear in red at the top of the page, listed under
    "My Appointments"
    d)Continue scheduling appointments
    e)Click the logout button located in the top right corner to finish. If you have more than one
    child, enter the login information for the next child and repeat process
  • If you need to change/cancel your appointment, please click the CANCEL button.

  • If you set an appointment with a teacher that does not teach your child, it will be canceled.
